Abstract: THE INFLUENCE OF BUSINESS ANALYTICS ON ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING

This study investigates the influence of business analytics on promoting continuous organizational learning and knowledge management practices within organizations. The objectives include assessing how analytics tools and techniques facilitate knowledge sharing, skills development, and performance improvement initiatives. A survey research design is adopted to collect quantitative data from 250 participants using the Taro Yamane formula to ensure a representative sample. The case study focuses on an educational institution in Port Harcourt, Nigeria, known for its innovative use of analytics to enhance student learning outcomes and institutional effectiveness. The reliability coefficient score, assessed through internal consistency measures, is 0.88, indicating strong reliability of the research findings. Findings suggest that business analytics play a critical role in promoting organizational learning by providing insights into teaching methodologies, student performance trends, and curriculum effectiveness. The study recommends that educational institutions invest in learning analytics tools, integrate data-driven insights into curriculum design, and empower educators with analytics-driven pedagogical strategies to foster a culture of continuous improvement and academic excellence.
